"have a little faith" by Mitch Albom

This story of two men of different faiths really helped to answer some questions I had regarding my faith journey and the hope we have because of our faith.  An easy read but thought provoking for those of us that believe in God but struggle with questions of faith.  

"High Season" by Jon Loomis

I recently attended Michael Feldman's "What Do You Know" show in Eau Claire.  Great show.  One of his guests was poet and author Jon Loomis.  Mr. Loomis has begun a series of mysteries with the main character being Detective Frank Coffin.  So far the story is funny and intense.  Great character Frank Coffin!  Loomis has a new book called "The Mating Season" but I have just begun his first novel and from what I have read so far recommend it.  Reminds me a little of books by Robert Parker.  I would love to have Mr. Loomis as a guest author at the store.
